Design, develop and/or physically implement a robust change management strategy & procedures, and/or support in the establishment of a full change management department.
Support in the development and/or monitoring of the project’s claims strategy with a bullet-proof claims risk assessment and containment plan.
Review the nature and details of any contractual dispute, then either provide professional support, develop claims structure, or prepare claims merit reports.
In addition, and most importantly, support and/or develop a wide range of construction/commercial claims from our Client’s perspective.
