QPMC was recently established in early 2022, and within a short period, the company was awarded several projects in the Sultanate of Oman, with different claims and disputes management scope, and within different sectors from construction services, minerals mining, and manufacturing industry. The total number of claims currently in hand are about 20 claims, varying from direct works claims, prolongation costs, disruption claims, loss of profit, as well as general damages and expropriation claims, with a total value of about 250 million USDs.

- General disputes management on the client’s behalf starting from claims preparation and submission, and up to the conclusion of arbitration
